The Armacost museum is located just a few minutes to the west of I-49. Take the Main Street exit, merge onto W. Frontage Road, go 0.9 miles and turn right onto E 135th Street. The museum is located on the northwest corner of Peterson Manufacturing.

Parking

Guests can park in the West Parking Lot. Please look for Tour De Trivia directional signage to find the entrance.

Attire is casual.

4 pm Check in at the registration table.
4:00-5:15 Cruise through the display of vintage vehicles.
Before and after dinner Make a pitstop in the banquet room to bid on the silent auction items, participate in the Restaurant Gift Card Grab, DO GOOD Board, and Blind Wine Pull. Try your luck and purchase 50/50 “Split the Pot” Raffle tickets.
5:15-6:15 pm Dinner Buffet
6:55 pm Auction closes
7:00 pm Triva begins
8:45 pm Checkout process begins—cash, check or credit cards accepted.

The Restaurant Gift Card Grab is a favorite each year. Guests pay $25 to pick a gift card valued at $25 or more.
Purchase your 50/50 Split the Pot raffle ticket. Buy 1 or more for a chance to win. If you have the winning ticket, you get to take home half of the raffle pot sales! The drawing will be at the fundraiser, but you do not have to be present to win—anyone can buy ticket(s) online or by mail.

 

 

Our emcee for the evening is Loren Halifax! Loren is a FOX4 news anchor at 6 & 10 pm. She worked in Abilene, Texas and Des Moines, Iowa before coming to KC in 2002. Loren enjoys KC's fountains and gardens with two of her favorite spots at Powell Gardens and Loose Park. She also enjoys KC sports, the symphony and Kansas City cuisine - from steaks and sushi to barbecue and brats. Loren has volunteered for many causes, and we are excited to have her support for Tour de Trivia.
